Your camp moves with you as you travel through Botswana's greatest wilderness areas.

Over ten unforgettable days you'll journey through:

The waterways of the Okavango Delta

The wildlife-rich forests of Moremi Game Reserve

The legendary plains of Savuti in Chobe National Park

Safari done properly

The Elephant Trail is designed for travellers who love adventure but appreciate comfort.

The tents used on these safaris are luxury, walk-in safari tents, furnished with 2 comfortable beds, gown, towels, and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Your tent will be cleaned in the morning and evening for the duration of your safari.

Every day is different

One morning may begin with a boat safari through the channels of the Okavango Delta.

The next could find you following fresh lion tracks through Moremi.

A few days later you're watching huge elephant herds gather around the waterholes of Savuti as the African sun sets in spectacular color.

No two game drives are ever the same, our guides deliberately spend time observing wildlife rather than rushing from sighting to sighting, allowing guests to experience authentic animal behaviour and learn about the ecology of the region.

More than just wildlife

While elephant, lion, leopard, wild dog and countless plains game are the stars of the show, this safari is also about slowing down.

Enjoy long lunches beneath towering trees, read a book while listening to birds around camp and end the days sharing stories around the campfire beneath a sky overflowing with stars. This way of safari offers a chance to reconnect with nature in its purest form.

These are often the memories guests treasure most.

Why we chose Elephant Trails

At The Africa Safari Co., we partner with operators we'd confidently recommend to our own family.

Few places on Earth offer elephant encounters quite like Botswana. Large breeding herds move freely through the Okavango Delta and Chobe ecosystem, creating unforgettable viewing opportunities throughout the safari.

Guy has spent decades guiding guests through Botswana's most remarkable wilderness areas with knowledgeable guides, exceptional camp staff, offering outstanding wildlife experiences and a genuine respect for conservation.

His philosophy is simple: create safaris that are safe, educational and deeply memorable while sharing the true beauty of Africa's wild places.

If you've ever dreamed of experiencing Africa as it was meant to be, sleeping beneath canvas, exploring vast wilderness, watching elephants from camp with the choice of  ending your adventure at the mighty Victoria Falls, this safari is waiting for you.
